**1. Wrong Product Delivery**

1.1. In the rare event that you receive the wrong Product in your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at ren.malaysia2020@gmail.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

1.2. Please ensure that the wrong Product remains unused and in its original packaging until our customer support team provides further instructions.

**2. Non-Received Deliveries**

2.1. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information provided or contact the shipping carrier directly.

2.2. If the delivery status indicates that the order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team at ren.malaysia2020@gmail.com immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and ensure you receive your order.

**3. Returns for Unused Products in Original Packaging**

3.1. If you wish to return a Product for any reason other than those specified in sections 1 and 2 above, you may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery.

3.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at ren.malaysia2020@gmail.com. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

3.3. To be eligible for a return, the Product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

3.4. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the returned Product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

**4. Replacements for Damaged Packaging**

4.1. If the packaging of a delivered Product is damaged, and you wish to have it replaced with a new one, please contact our customer support team at ren.malaysia2020@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of delivery.

4.2. To be eligible for a replacement, the Product must remain unused.

4.3. We will arrange for the damaged item’s return, and upon receipt and inspection, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

**5. Non-Returnable Items**

5.1. The following items are non-returnable:

– Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

– Items without their original packaging.
