Welcome to REN Malaysia. We are pleased to offer both domestic and international shipping for our products. Please review the details below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

  • Singapore

  • Asia-Pacific

  • Europe (including UK & Ireland)

  • North America (USA & Canada)

. Shipping Methods

🇲🇾 Malaysia

We use reputable courier services including DHL and GDEX for domestic deliveries.

Estimated delivery time:
Up to 3–5 working days from the date of shipment.


.  International Orders

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Estimated delivery time:
3–7 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


. Shipping Costs

🇲🇾 Malaysia

  • West Malaysia: Free delivery

  • East Malaysia: RM 25 flat rate

. International Flat Rates

  • Singapore: RM 80

  • Asia-Pacific: RM 100

  • Europe (including UK & Ireland): RM 130

  • North America (USA & Canada): RM 125

Shipping rates are partially subsidised to provide fair and transparent pricing.


. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within the same working day if payment is received before 5:00 PM (GMT+8).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.


. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important)

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees incurred during the import process.


. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
