Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to addresses within Malaysia.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

We utilize reputable courier services, including DHL, GDEX, and J&T, to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your orders. Our estimated delivery time within Malaysia is up to 5 working days from the date of shipment.

Shipping Costs

– West Malaysia: Enjoy free delivery for orders to West Malaysia.

– East Malaysia: An additional RM 10 delivery charge applies for orders to East Malaysia.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within the same working day if payment is received before 6:00 PM. Orders received after 6:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following working day.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time within Malaysia is up to 5 working days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as courier service delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

We want you to stay informed about the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, we’re here to assist. If your order has not reached you within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at ren.malaysia2020@gmail.com . We will promptly investigate and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
