They find the best of the best in every region and bring them together to craft some truly exceptional blades. Like a talented music producer, they match folks and skillsets that complement each other perfectly.
The blade is built around an AUS-10 stainless steel core, layered in 67-layer Damascus, and finished with hand-applied tsuchime hammer marks that help reduce food drag. The octagonal handle is crafted from burnt oak finished.
