The Toroku Sakai Kirameki VG10 Tsuchime & Damascus Petty Knife 150mm is a compact precision tool designed for detailed cutting tasks and fine kitchen work. As part of the refined Kirameki (煌めき) series, the blade features a stunning Damascus layered pattern combined with a hand-hammered Tsuchime finish that enhances both aesthetics and food release performance.
Built with a high-performance VG10 stainless steel core, this petty knife offers exceptional sharpness, durability, and corrosion resistance. Its 150mm size makes it perfect for peeling, trimming, slicing fruits, preparing garnishes, and handling intricate tasks where control and accuracy are essential.
