The Kumo 雲 Kiritsuke 195mm AUS10 Tsuchime is a modern Japanese kitchen knife that combines the versatility of a Santoku with the elegant profile of a Kiritsuke. Designed for precision cutting and all-purpose kitchen work, this knife is suitable for both professionals and home cooks.
